A standalone calibration session runs about 2.5 business days on average: day one for baseline pulls and log review, day two for map development and final dyno validation. Forced-induction builds typically require 9 business days end-to-end.

Will your tune void my factory powertrain warranty?

Modifying an ECU generally gives the manufacturer grounds to deny a powertrain claim. We do not represent our tunes as warranty-preserving. For customers who want reversible service, our OEM+ build philosophy keeps the factory harness intact and supports full revert-to-stock in under four hours.

Can you tune a car that isn't local to Bakersfield?

Yes. We ship a locked flash device to clients worldwide for supported platforms (Cobb Accessport, Hondata FlashPro, EcuTek). You log three pulls on a safe road section, send the logs back, and we ship the final map. Cars above 600 whp or with custom hardware still come through the shop for in-person dyno tuning.

What dyno do you use and how accurate are your numbers?

All quoted figures come from our in-house 4WD Dynapack dynamometer with eddy-current load control, calibrated quarterly. The cell is capable of absorbing up to 1,100 hp and is corrected to SAE J1349 standard. We publish corrected, logged runs — not estimates.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee if the tune underperforms?

Yes. Our 30-day power guarantee states that if the corrected dyno numbers do not match the quoted power curve within tolerance, the calibration fee is refunded. Forced-induction packages carry a separate build warranty covering tuning revisions for 12 months.

Do you offer white-label calibration services for other shops?

We do. Other tuning shops and dealerships ship ECUs to our facility or send cars for in-house dyno time under our calibrator's signature. White-label work is billed per platform and includes a non-disclosure agreement by default.

Q.01 How fast can my car be tuned and back to me?

The average ECU calibration is turned around in 2.5 business days. Full forced-induction builds run 9 business days on average, project-dependent. Rush slots are bookable — confirm by phone.

Q.02 Is the tune reversible? Will my wiring be cut?

Yes. Our build philosophy is OEM+: no irreversible harness cuts, no pinned ECUs. A full revert-to-stock takes under 4 hours using factory connectors — important for lease returns or warranty visits.

Q.03 Does tuning void my factory powertrain warranty?

Aftermarket calibration can affect OEM powertrain coverage — that's a manufacturer decision, not ours. We keep the factory file on hand so the ECU can be flashed back to stock before any dealer visit, typically the same morning.

Q.04 Do you offer remote tuning, or do I have to bring the car in?

In-house dyno tuning is the default and produces the most repeatable results. For Cobb Accessport and Hondata FlashPro customers, we offer supported remote tuning for Stage 1 maps, with a final verification pull required on our Dynapack.
